本ポリシーは、Stock Checks（ストックチェックス）（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取扱いについて説明します。 This policy explains how Stock Checks ("the app") handles your personal information.
読み取る情報
Stock Checksは、インストールしたストアの商品・バリエーション・在庫数・ロケーションを、Shopify Admin API から読み取ります。要求する権限は read_products、read_inventory、read_locations の3つで、いずれも読み取り専用です。
読み取った在庫情報は、アプリの画面を開くたびにその場で点検し、結果を表示するだけです。点検結果や在庫情報を当社のデータベースに保存しません。
Information We Access
Stock Checks reads the products, variants, inventory quantities, and locations of the store where it is installed, through the Shopify Admin API. It requests three read-only scopes: read_products, read_inventory, and read_locations.
Inventory data is checked on the fly each time you open the app and is only displayed. We do not store check results or inventory data in our database.
保存する情報
当社が保存するのは、アプリがストアと通信するための Shopify のセッション（ストアのドメインとアクセストークン）と、ストアごとのアプリ設定だけです。
セッションに Shopify がインストール操作をしたスタッフの氏名やメールアドレスを含める場合、それはセッションの一部としてのみ保持され、アンインストール時に削除されます。
Information We Store
The only data we store is the Shopify session that lets the app talk to your store (your store domain and access token) and per-store app settings.
If Shopify includes the installing staff member’s name or email address in the session, it is kept only as part of that session and is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
読み取らないもの
Stock Checksは、顧客（買い物客）の氏名・住所・メールアドレス・電話番号、注文、決済情報を読み取りません。これらを読むための権限を要求していません。
ストアフロント（お店の公開ページ）にスクリプトを置かず、買い物客の行動や IP アドレスを収集しません。
What We Do Not Access
Stock Checks does not access customer names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, orders, or payment information. It does not request the scopes that would allow it to.
The app adds nothing to your storefront and collects no shopper behavior or IP addresses.
Shopify の個人データ請求への対応
customers/data_request: 当社は顧客の個人データを保持していないため、返すデータはありません。
customers/redact: 当社は顧客の個人データを保持していないため、消去するデータはありません。
shop/redact（アンインストールの48時間後に Shopify が送信）: そのストアのアプリ設定を削除します。セッションはアンインストールの時点で削除済みです。
Shopify Privacy Requests
customers/data_request: we hold no customer personal data, so there is nothing to return.
customers/redact: we hold no customer personal data, so there is nothing to erase.
shop/redact (sent by Shopify 48 hours after uninstall): we delete that store’s app settings. Sessions have already been deleted at uninstall.
委託先
アプリとデータベースは Cloudflare, Inc. の Cloudflare Workers と D1 で運用しています。通信は TLS で暗号化されます。
Service Providers
The app and its database run on Cloudflare Workers and D1, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. All traffic is encrypted with TLS.
データの保持と削除
セッションとアプリ設定は、アプリがインストールされている間だけ保持します。アンインストールするとセッションとアプリ設定を削除し、shop/redact を受け取った時点でも設定を削除します。
Retention and Deletion
Sessions and app settings are kept only while the app is installed. On uninstall we delete the sessions and app settings, and we delete the settings again when we receive shop/redact.

個人情報の保護に関する法律に基づき、あなたは自己の保有個人データについて、開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止・第三者提供の停止を請求できます。
ご請求は support@pigeonworks.net までご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。
Access, Correction, and Deletion
Under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, you may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of your retained personal data.
To make a request, contact support@pigeonworks.net. We will respond without undue delay after verifying your identity, as required by law.
子どものプライバシー
当社のアプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
安全管理措置
当社は、取り扱うデータについて、不正アクセス・漏えい・滅失・毀損を防ぐため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
Stock Checksは当社のサーバー（Cloudflare Workers）を経由してストアの在庫を読み取ります。Shopify から届く webhook は署名（HMAC）を検証し、検証できないものは処理しません。
Security
We take reasonable security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage.
Stock Checks reads your inventory through our servers (Cloudflare Workers). Webhooks from Shopify are verified by their HMAC signature, and anything that fails verification is rejected.
