本ポリシーは、Nagi（ナギ）（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取扱いについて説明します。 This policy explains how Nagi ("the app") handles your personal information.
取得する情報
Nagiは、あなたのiPhoneのヘルスケア（HealthKit）から次の4つの指標を端末上で読み取ります: 歩数、睡眠、心拍変動（HRV）、立っている時間。
読み取りは表示のためのみで、Nagiがヘルスケアにデータを書き込むことはありません。
Information We Access
Nagi reads four metrics from Apple Health (HealthKit) on your iPhone: step count, sleep, heart rate variability (HRV), and stand time.
It reads only to display them; Nagi never writes data back to Apple Health.
保存と同期（あなた自身のiCloud）
読み取った指標の日次サマリは、あなた自身のプライベートなiCloud（CloudKit）に保存され、あなたのMac版Nagiと同期されます。
この同期はあなたのiCloudアカウント内で完結し、当社のサーバーを一切経由しません。iCloud上のデータはApple社のプライバシーポリシーおよびあなたのiCloud設定に従って管理されます。
Storage and Sync (Your Own iCloud)
Daily summaries of these metrics are stored in your own private iCloud (CloudKit) and synced to your Mac version of Nagi.
This sync stays entirely within your iCloud account and never passes through our servers. Data in iCloud is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and your iCloud settings.
eatreel連携（任意）
あなたがeatreelのAPIキーをNagiに入力した場合に限り、Nagiは別サービスであるeatreelから、あなたの食事記録と写真をネットワーク経由で取得して表示します。
APIキーは端末のキーチェーンに安全に保存されます。Nagiはヘルスケアのデータをeatreelへ送信しません。eatreel側の取扱いはeatreel独自のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
eatreel Integration (Optional)
Only if you enter an eatreel API key, Nagi fetches your meal records and photos from eatreel (a separate service) over the network in order to display them.
The key is stored securely in your device Keychain. Nagi does not send Apple Health data to eatreel. eatreel’s handling is governed by its own privacy policy.
応援（Tip Jar）
Nagiには、開発を応援するための投げ銭（Tip Jar）があります。Appleのアプリ内課金（消費型）を通じて行われ、機能の解放はありません。
決済はApple社が処理し、当社があなたの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
Tip Jar (Support)
Nagi offers an optional Tip Jar to support development, through Apple’s consumable In-App Purchases. It unlocks no features.
Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your payment information.
収集しないもの
Nagiは、アカウント登録、行動トラッキング、広告、第三者の解析、当社サーバーへのデータ送信を行いません。
外部サービスへの通信は、上記の任意のeatreel連携（あなたが設定した場合のみ）を除いてありません。
What We Do Not Collect
Nagi has no account registration, behavioral tracking, advertising, third-party analytics, or transmission of data to our servers.
There is no outbound connection to an external service other than the optional eatreel integration above (only if you configure it).
権限
Nagiは、指標を表示するためにヘルスケアの読み取り許可を求めます。許可はいつでも、iOSの「設定 ＞ プライバシーとセキュリティ ＞ ヘルスケア」から変更できます。
Permissions
Nagi requests read permission for Apple Health to display your metrics. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings ＞ Privacy & Security ＞ Health.
データの保持と削除
Nagiは指標のキャッシュを端末上に保持します。アプリを削除すると、端末上のデータは消去されます。
iCloud（CloudKit）に同期されたデータは、iOSの設定またはiCloudの管理画面から削除できます。
Retention and Deletion
Nagi keeps a cache of your metrics on the device. Deleting the app removes on-device data.
Data synced to iCloud (CloudKit) can be deleted from iOS Settings or your iCloud management screen.

個人情報の保護に関する法律に基づき、あなたは自己の保有個人データについて、開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止・第三者提供の停止を請求できます。
ご請求は support@pigeonworks.net までご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。
Access, Correction, and Deletion
Under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, you may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of your retained personal data.
To make a request, contact support@pigeonworks.net. We will respond without undue delay after verifying your identity, as required by law.
子どものプライバシー
当社のアプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
